The car was very comfortable, especially the cold A C in the hot Florida weather. The host was really, really nice and helped us with every step from start to finish.

Everything was perfect! The car was great, reliable, and clean, and Rika was an excellent host. Highly recommended!

The air works great, but there was a terrible rattling sound of the passenger side, no trunk access or a key fob for convenience. The host is friendly, great communication and prompt!!
