Mike was amazing to work with and the Honda Civic was an absolute pleasure to drive. It was super economical on gas and was clean and in very good condition. The biggest treat was the 2 bottles of water waiting for me after a 17 hour travel day. Mike’s communication was wonderful. This was my first time using Turo and I will certainly be using it again. He left me the most detailed instructions to find the vehicle at the airport and the code to access the key. It was such a treat to avoid the lines and shuttles to get to the car rental center. Thank you Mike for providing such great service, a reliable vehicle, a great price, and convenient access!

Very easy and efficient pickup process! Drop off was just as easy. Omar was very responsive and detailed in his responses which really helped me out as a first time flyer, trying to navigate to the garage from the airport. The car model itself is extremely good on gas and has great tech and AC for the hot weather! I would definitely rent this car and from Omar again. I highly recommend for first time travelers but also first time Turo users :)

Dealing with this Turo host was seamless. Car was received at airport. Directions for location and how to enter car were very clear. Easily returned car to same location at end of rental. Could not have been easier. Turo host always responding immediately the few times I needed to reach out. Would rent again from this host.

I LOOVEEE THIS SUV! I was unsure at first due to the high gas prices but it runs great and it’s efficient!

Car worked well. Driving it was enjoyable and comfortable. It easily fit five adults, a child in a car seat and travel items and felt spacious. It was a great car for our road trip across states. It had a lot of available space to store luggage. I had to get used to the acceleration. When first pressing the gas pedal, the car doesn’t move. You have to press more for the car to move. No big deal though. AC was cold and worked fairly well. It didn’t seem to blow as powerfully in the back of the car as it did in the front. It was nice that our child was able to watch dvds using the small pull-down tv screen. The car was not as clean as would be desired, but the cleanliness was adequate. A couple of minor quirks occurred occasionally. The alert for the right bumper being close to an object occurred multiple times and the sound lasted for a couple minutes at most. It would resolve on own. The price of the rental seemed to be a great deal. Pick up and drop off was easy and straight forward. Host was accommodating in terms of trip extension requests, but could have been more communicative. All of the host’s Turo messages seemed auto-generated and my couple of personal Turo messages were not addressed. Overall, it worked well for my family. Willing to stretch to give 5 stars due to all the good aspects.

I’m more of an electric car person, but this Honda definitely worked like a charm. The host was very great and service was even greater. Great on gas and highly recommend to anyone in the area! Will be renting again!

Great SUV , very roomy and rode well on the highway . Pick up and drop @ TPI was very simple and Renu was very responsive to any questions I might have I would definitely rent that car again
