Overall, Pathfinder Car Rental was great, and I really appreciated the service. However, there were a few issues that made the pickup experience much more stressful than it needed to be. The vehicle was full of sand when I received it, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the instructions for where to pick up the vehicle. I was repeatedly told to follow the directions provided and that the vehicle was at Firestone, but when I arrived, it was actually at Dick’s Garage. This was very overwhelming, especially because I was in an Uber with a stranger trying to figure everything out. I also ended up being charged extra because I needed assistance with the pickup process. I understand that help may come with an additional charge, but given that the instructions provided were incorrect, I feel the situation could have been handled differently. Aside from the pickup confusion, my overall experience with Pathfinder was good. I would use them again, but I definitely recommend making the pickup instructions clearer and making sure the vehicle’s exact location is accurate so customers aren’t put in an uncomfortable or stressful situation. We had a great trip with Josh’s Nissan. We had a large group and it worked well for us. It was very convenient to be able to rent a car seat for our two year old! Easy pick up and drop off at the airport.

The hosts were excellent, always attentive and responding to messages quickly. The car is very good, with great technology and very easy to drive. It was clean, didn’t smell and in perfect condition. I really enjoyed this trip, and the car was a big part of it. I would definitely rent from them again.

My experience was awesome and a money/life saver !!! Brian and his team were very attentive and basically walked side by side my whole trip and answered even the most simple questions with no hassle.
