I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my first Tesla drive! Renting the Model 3 Long Range was a dream. The team was truly incredible, attentive, responsive, and always helpful. Every question I had was answered super quickly, and their customer care was top-notch. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car, they know how to treat their clients and provide a fantastic, seamless experience.

100s across the board! Exceptionally clear instructions, The Tesla interior was spotless. This was my very first rental on this platform and I was a bit nervous about it, but everything was so much more convenient than going through the car rental agency. Communication was effortless and end to end. This team remained highly responsive to my many questions. I’m very grateful.. I will certainly rent again from them.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The car was spotless, fully charged, and felt like brand new. Driving the Tesla was smooth, quiet, and incredibly fun—especially with the advanced features like autopilot and the huge touchscreen. I didn’t know how to use most of the technology in the car touchscreen, it was like having a new phone. The rental process was seamless, and the owner was professional, friendly, and made everything super easy from pickup to drop-off. This was hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re looking to enjoy a top-tier EV without any hassle. I’ll definitely rent again and I must say I love this app!

Great trip overall. Though, the price does not include airport pickup fees such as paying for the car to be parked at the airport 24 hours before adding $36 to the bill. I would have preferred to not have the car parked there that far in advance with such a high bill for parking. The good thing is that Turo is the only place to get a car like this: EV, beautiful white interior, and easy pickup. Be aware this is not like owning the car though. No NACS to J1772 adapter is provided making L2 charging difficult. There's no FSD, but standard autopilot includes adaptive cruise and active steering assist. And using the infotainment would be a challenge for most people as there's no included cellular connectivity, "premium connectivity package" as Tesla calls it, for entertainment such as music apps. I had to use my phone's hotspot every drive just to use native Spotify and live traffic information on the navigation. Of course, this is not the host or Turo's fault Tesla refuses to implement Android Auto. The vehicle was clean and in good shape. Although, I didn't appreciate that the car was at 50% SoC upon pickup. While I don't expect 100%, I do expect 80%. This was disappointing given the rather specific battery care instructions in the messages from the host. Regardless, it's a rental car for a good price and I'll probably rent it again.

Excellent service from the first moment, the time was taken to help us correct information with turo to be able to rent and basically give us a tutorial on how to use the Tesla and all the necessary information since it was the first time we drove this type of electric car. The car was very clean and the experience was excellent in general. It is totally recommended and the next time we visit we will be happy to rent with it again. Very grateful and happy with all the service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience renting the 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Jordan who left the car at the Tampa Airport which I flew into. The car was fully charged and the car was in pristine condition, and driving it was a delight - it handled beautifully and the interior was both sleek and comfortable. The 2024 model 3 I rented over Thanksgiving lacks a shift lever and uses the screen to shift the gears N R D, Jordan's personal touch made all the difference. One of his friends at the airport was kind enough to show me how to get the car in gear, which was incredibly helpful. Jordan's customer service was top-notch, making me feel well taken care of and eager to rent from him again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an excellent Tesla rental experience!

I rented a spotless Tesla Model Y with Full Self-Driving from this host, and it was flawless from start to finish. Loved this 2026 Model Y! Smooth suspension, clean, easy to drive and charge at Tesla Supercharger or at regular outlet.. We own a 2023 Model Y in Cali and love the FSD. So when we traveled to FL to visit my Dad in hospital, I wanted a Tesla that had the Full Self Driving and this car didn't disappoint. Worth the extra fee for it...🥰

I rent from Turo every month for about 2 years now. And this was the best experience I’ve had so far. Communication was awesome. It was my kids 6th birthday and she loved when we surprised her with the truck. Host was cool and answered any and all questions I had. I would definitely be coming back 🙏 RENT THIS TRUCK lol you won’t regret it.
