This was my very first rental on this platform and I was a bit nervous about it, but everything was so much more convenient than going through the car rental agency. Great trip overall. Though, the price does not include airport pickup fees such as paying for the car to be parked at the airport 24 hours before adding $36 to the bill. I would have preferred to not have the car parked there that far in advance with such a high bill for parking. The good thing is that Turo is the only place to get a car like this: EV, beautiful white interior, and easy pickup. Be aware this is not like owning the car though. No NACS to J1772 adapter is provided making L2 charging difficult. There's no FSD, but standard autopilot includes adaptive cruise and active steering assist. And using the infotainment would be a challenge for most people as there's no included cellular connectivity, "premium connectivity package" as Tesla calls it, for entertainment such as music apps. I had to use my phone's hotspot every drive just to use native Spotify and live traffic information on the navigation. Of course, this is not the host or Turo's fault Tesla refuses to implement Android Auto. The vehicle was clean and in good shape. Although, I didn't appreciate that the car was at 50% SoC upon pickup. While I don't expect 100%, I do expect 80%. This was disappointing given the rather specific battery care instructions in the messages from the host. Regardless, it's a rental car for a good price and I'll probably rent it again.

Car was phenomenal! First time really driving a Tesla, and it was a super fun experience getting to learn it. Car was impeccably clean and in great condition. Anton was great to work with, helpful, and was very quick with communication. He helped get the other driver added on extremely quickly, and I would definitely rent from him again.

Great experience. Pickup was easy from Tampa International Airport. Unlocked car with Tesla App. Car was clean and performed perfectly. This was my first time renting and driving a Tesla and the entire experience was incredible. Very happy with the car and easy pickup and drop-off.

Overall, the rental was good and I had a smooth experience. Pickup and drop-off were easy, the host was communicative, and the Model Y was clean inside and out. Before pickup, the host let me know the windshield had a crack and said it was a small one awaiting repair. When I arrived, the crack actually extended about halfway across the windshield, although it was confined to the passenger side and didn’t affect visibility or driving. The biggest concern was the tires. They are due for replacement, especially the front tires, which were nearly bald. That’s something I think should be addressed before future rentals. I also experienced a few vehicle issues during my trip. For most of one day, the rear camera and parking assistance were unavailable before they started working again on their own. In addition, while using Autosteer (this vehicle does not have Full Self-Driving), I repeatedly received “Tesla took corrective action” warnings even though nothing unusual was happening. It seemed like there may be an intermittent sensor or camera issue. Despite those concerns, the car served its purpose, was clean, and the host made the pickup and return process very easy. I’d recommend addressing the tires and intermittent vehicle issues to improve the experience for future guests.
