The pick up location was not ideal and in a sketchy area. The car looked good on the outside. But once I got inside the car, the floorboards were clean, but it had a very bad smell, it smelled like someone was sweaty in there. there was a cigarette/marijuana smokey odor, no air fresheners or anything were put in to make it smell nice. There was a big brown stain on the overhead fabric above the driver side door. On the center console there was some sticky stuff all over it. Inside the cupholders were dirty with the same sticky stuff. It wasn’t cleaned at all.
Just the floorboards look like they were cleaned and vacuumed. I took pictures and sent this to the owner. He did not offer to give me a partial refund/discount or anything.
I went and bought an air freshener myself to help, but it still didn’t mask the smell fully.
The overall drive experience was good. Paid $130 extra for FSD.

Car was very clean, charged to a sufficient level and easily accessible when needed. Host was prompt with responses and helpful when necessary. Would absolutely recommend and rent with again. Thank you Frankel.
