SUV rental in Miami, FL

1st the host(s) - AMAZING - there was a whole team that reached out and made sure I had everything I needed before I needed it. The vehicle was parked about 100 yards out the exit door of the terminal for us based on our flight details. Lots of pics and a pin to the location made finding it super easy. Opening up the car it was on ious they clean it very well after each rental. It still smelled of cleaning spray and was spotless. Dropoff was similar. We left it at one of these parking lots they recommended and they let us pick based on what was easiest for us. We sent them pics of the spot and a location and locked up the car and walked less than 100 yards into the terminal. This is the only way I will ever rent a car at an airport again. Forget the rental counter and up sells and hassle. This is the way to go and the team was great! Next, the car - also amazing! We rented it for what it was and didn't expect it to be something it wasn't. I'm 6'7" and thought I'd be cramped and was accepting of that. I had a TON of room in this little Taos. We were a family of four w two small kiddos 9\12. They didn't require a lot of room in the back, so that was fine. We had enough room for each of them to have a rolling carry on and a backpack and I checked a largeish rolling bag and carried a backpack. Again, more than enough room for the luggage without needing to drop seats. We didn't expect it to be a luxury or a full size SUV, but do you REALLY NEED that? We didn't need a driving experience we needed a car with enough room for us and good milage as we planned a trip from Weston to Key West during our trip. It got over 43 mpg on the trip! Admittedly the speed limit is 45 - 55 on those roads w very few places to pass, so it was somewhat forced on us to drive slower but we used the cruise and got 500 miles on that tank of fuel. In town we got between 28 and 30 depending on interstate conditions and what not. Either way, it got greatilage and had enough power to get in and out of traffic and park easily wherever we went. We were in Miami to visit family and when we come back next to visit again we will absolutely be looking to use Javier and his team to book through. If the kids are a little bigger we may get something a bit bigger, but the Taos was SUPER Impressive. Way more bang for the buck than we expected.

This car was great! Never renting through the big rental agencies at MIA again. Recently had a 5 night trip to Miami with my boys to see family. We loved renting from Miguel. The drop off and pick up were so easy. I loved not having to go to the rental car center (30 mins tram) and waiting in line for a car (another 30-40 mins depending on the line). Miguel’s car was ready for us right outside of baggage claim! A dream! And the cost was comparable to a small SUV rental from one of the larger companies but without any of the hassle. Will rent it again!

The Suburban was a excellent choice. It was brand new and full of resources to help my family and I navigate around Ft.Lauderdale-Miami. The Host Alexander is a fantastic host and when our plane was delayed then cancelled and we had to take a train to a different airport to fly into Miami instead of Ft.Lauderdale he dropped the car off at Miami for us. Our original pick up time was 6pm, we didn’t land until 12am. He made himself available and was able to unlock the car remotely for us to finally get to our resort in Ft.Lauderdale. I highly recommend using Alexander if you use turo around the Ft.Lauderdale/Miami area. 5 stars is the low end. I’d give him 10 stars if it was an option. From my family and I THANK YOU ALEXANDER.

Everything with this car was nothing but positive. Price was not expensive for the amount of time I had spent with it. Car was very comfortable and clean. Also Pick up and drop off was very easy. Beautiful color too. Throughout my trip I had no issues with the car at all. Everything worked perfectly. Made my trip way more enjoyable knowing I had something that looked nice, but also reliable to get me around to all the places I wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this car to others if they are looking for something to get around in that also looks pretty sharp!

Loved driving the Yukon Denali XL. It was super comfortable, had plenty of space, and drove really smooth. It was perfect for a family trip with lots of room for everyone and everything we needed. Host was amazing with instructions from start to finish.The car was clean and in great shape. Pick up and drop off were perfect as well. Would definitely rent it again.

I had an outstanding experience renting a 2026 Tesla Model Y from Yai. Communication was excellent from start to finish—friendly, fast, and professional. The car was in immaculate condition, spotless inside and out, and drove like new. The best part was experiencing the incredible Full Self-Driving feature, which made the trip even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Everything exceeded my expectations. First time using Turo and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I can say, hands down this has been the best and easiest rental car experience I’ve ever had. I know a lot of that has to do with the amazing host, who has excellent communication and gives thorough instructions and even makes videos navigating the airport to help make the trip easy. And it was, it was seamless. I was never confused. The communication was top notch! I really enjoyed this car. Spacious and comfortable. I’m going to miss it! This train was one of the best vehicles I've rented on true and I rent a lot. It's not another just another way suv, it calls all of your gear and rides very well. the gas mileage is excellent and it is clean and efficient.

We had an excellent experience renting Javier’s car. The vehicle was practically brand new, spotless, and in perfect condition. It was incredibly comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two young kids), with plenty of room for all of our luggage, and it was a pleasure to drive throughout our trip. Daniel is an excellent host! He is friendly, responsive and was genuinely committed to making sure my family and I had a great experience. I had an issue with the rearview mirror at the beginning of my trip and he responded quickly, took my concerns seriously, and even came out to replace it. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Once everything was addressed, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. Daniel is professional, easy to communicate with and clearly cares about providing a positive experience for his guests.
