Excellent experience renting this Cadillac Escalade through Turo. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The Escalade drove smoothly, had plenty of space, and made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. The host was professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and easy. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a luxury SUV rental.

This was my first time using Turo, and it was an excellent experience. The Audi Q7 was in outstanding condition and looked almost brand new. It was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly throughout the trip. The host was great to work with, communication was easy, and the entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. This car was great! Never renting through the big rental agencies at MIA again. Recently had a 5 night trip to Miami with my boys to see family. We loved renting from Miguel. The drop off and pick up were so easy. I loved not having to go to the rental car center (30 mins tram) and waiting in line for a car (another 30-40 mins depending on the line). Miguel’s car was ready for us right outside of baggage claim! A dream! And the cost was comparable to a small SUV rental from one of the larger companies but without any of the hassle. Will rent it again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience – highly recommended! I rented Jean’s 2025 Nissan Pathfinder for two weeks, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The car worked perfectly and was the ideal size for our group of five, including two children. It was very clean, in excellent condition, and extremely easy and comfortable to drive. The price was also very fair for the quality of the vehicle and the overall experience. Jean is a fantastic host. He was very helpful with a few questions I had at the beginning of the trip and always replied quickly. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and easy, and communication throughout the rental was excellent. We had absolutely no issues. As an extra gesture, Jean even dropped off a car seat for my nephew at the hotel where we I was staying near Miami, which made a big difference for us and was greatly appreciated. I’m truly grateful, as having this SUV made it possible for my family and me to have an amazing vacation in Florida. I would not hesitate to rent from Jean again in the future. In fact, we’re already planning to come back in a couple of years, and I would love to rent this vehicle again if it’s available. Thank you very much, Jean, for everything!

Yadira was a great host! The Tesla was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and well organized, and communication was always friendly, fast, and helpful. The Full Self-Driving feature was absolutely amazing, especially for our longer drives through Florida. Of course you still have to stay attentive and supervise it, but for tourists doing a road trip, it is a fantastic experience and in my opinion a must-try. The car was perfect for our family trip and everything worked very well. I would definitely rent from Yadira again and highly recommend her!

While the original Mitsubishi Outlander did have some issues during my trip, including recurring tire pressure warnings and a loose screw from the sun visor, I really appreciated the host’s professionalism and support throughout the rental process. He was responsive, covered the tire repair cost, and replaced the vehicle with a much better Nissan SUV for the final two days of my trip. Although the situation caused some inconvenience and had a slight impact on my travel plans, the host handled it responsibly and showed genuine care for the customer experience. Because of that, I still feel comfortable giving this rental a five-star review.

The host was very understanding, communicative, and helpful throughout the trip. The location of the car was not very bad - the surrounding neighborhood could have been better I truly appreciated the hosts kindness and flexibility and would be happy to rent from them again in the future, if allowed. Highly recommended to other Turo guests! The car was amazing and clean just as described, tops not too hard to get off at alll. Finding charging stations were a pain but the rental was nice

This Turo rental was honestly my favorite rental! Luz is amazing to work with, and the Bronco is such a beauty! We drove down to Key West and it was an eye candy that everyone loved! Driving this Bronco was so smooth and I would recommend this rental if you like SUV or bigger vehicles! The Best!
