The tríp was great. We had to extend for a few hours and Paulette responded quickly advising us how to extend for a few hours. Jeep was clean and as advertised. Thanks Paulette.
The jeep was a great touch and made our stay much more enjoyable. The jeep was cleaned and Paulette and her team were very responsive and on time. The only downside to the rental was that I didn’t know how to remove the soft top and two rails accidentally broke while we were removing it. I feel awful about this as the jeep is in great condition. I’m sure we can purchase a new set and or handle it through the insurance claim through Turo. Either wait we will take care of it. Thanks Paulette for your responsiveness.

This Turo was perfect!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Robert, David’s dad, who assisted with checking in and out was super friendly. You could tell how passionate he was with all of the cars that he owned. Definitely check out his other rentals! They both very responsive during the trip. Car was super clean when we picked it up. Valdemar was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He was extremely polite, punctual, and helpful. Communication with him was extremely easy as well, and he answered all my questions right away. The car was such a joy to drive, especially with the 5 liter engine. Valdemar made sure the car was sanitized/clean inside and out, and provided it with a full tank of gas. Between the power, comfort, and compliments I received everywhere I went, it was the perfect car for my trip to Florida. I can’t thank Valdemar enough for how easy and pleasurable he made my first Turo renting experience. I’ll absolutely rent from him again the next time I visit! 5 stars! A++
