Car was great, clean and easy process to pick up. Unfortunately the owner car schedule to rent before this (not Javier) cancelled with 1 hour before my reservation. Javier got the car ready as quickly as he could and dropped it off at MIA. Good experience and great times with the top down in Miami Beach!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had SO much fun with the BMW! What a cute little car, and especially for a trip to the Keys—it was absolutely perfect. We had an absolute blast driving it around, and it made bumming around Key West even more fun! One little note just for anyone planning a longer vacation: if you’re traveling for two or more weeks with several people and multiple bags per person, you’ll definitely want to pack strategically. We were only three people, so we made it work just fine. We were also staying at a hotel for multiple nights and could unpack. When the convertible top is down, it does take up quite a bit of the trunk space. That’s obviously nothing against the car—it’s just something worth knowing when planning what to bring! The car itself was immaculate, exactly as described, and honestly couldn’t have been a better ride for our trip. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Pickup was incredibly easy, drop-off was just as simple, and Aleksandr had already sent clear instructions for opening and closing the convertible top. There really wasn’t anything we were left wondering about. He was extremely communicative, reliable, and made the entire experience effortless. This car genuinely made our trip that much better. What an awesome way to rent a car! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to renting the old-fashioned way after using Turo—and if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll absolutely rent from Aleksandr again.
