Great communication, great experience. Easy to follow. Car was nice and refilled with gas. Instructions in glove box. Genuinely he was so kind and understanding the whole time and if you’re coming to Miami to visit a drop top is a MUST and this one was an amazing experience. I felt like a hot Barbie HAHA. Highly recommend
