Car was just about brand spanking new. Clean. Smelled great. Host was professional and courteous as possible; prompt on time responses, no gray areas or confusion from the host’s end when it came to meeting to transfer the keys, and they were super respectful and helpful through all our conversations from beginning to end. No issues driving during the trip, it drove super smooth and comfortable as all Mazdas are built to for.

Beautiful car inside and out, spacious, clean, and a pleasure to travel in. Ryan was helpful and responded to messages quickly. If we’re in Miami again, we would definitely rent this car again!

My wife, 5-year old and I rented this car for a 5-night trip to the Miami area. We chose this vehicle for a few reasons: we wanted an SUV with a little more room than a 4D, something good on the gas mileage, a newer car and the real seal for the deal was the option for a $25 "beach package". The beach package came with two towels, two umbrellas and a cooler. Chairs would've been nice, but no complaints on the cost as we were planning to buy towels and leave them in FL. The car ran super efficient. Very quiet. Great on gas. Lots of safety features that were annoying for someone who doesn't drive in his lane as often as he should [me]. Plenty of room for the three of us. We gave it a nice car wash and vacuum before dropping off as it was pretty sandy and overall dirty. Left the beach sand toys we bought in the car in case the owner wanted to include them with the beach kit. Communication with the owner was super quick. We had an issue getting into the lockbox but thankfully he responded within 10 minutes, otherwise we would have been at the airport for a bit. Overall very satisfied with this Turo rental.
