It was okay. Not great. The host started out great with clear communications of what to expect. They said I would receive pick up instructions and location one hour before my trip began. When I landed, which was within that one hour time frame promised, no instructions were in the app. I messaged the host to let them know we had arrived. The host responded that they were on the way to the airport and that the car would be ready at the trip start time. It would have been very helpful if the host would have told me the parking garage we were going to at any point before the trip was to start so we could make our way there. Instead, we didn’t receive instructions or the location until 8 minutes after the trip was to begin. And they weren’t great instructions. We could have walked across the sky bridge to the Parking structure but were told the “easiest way there” was a shuttle. This took a while and was quite a walk. Other than the pick up, the car was okay. It doesn’t drive really well. Weird pick up when trying to accelerate. Drop off instructions were clear.
