We rented the Ford Bronco, and it was such a smooth ride and a great vehicle for the beach—especially while dealing with Miami’s on-and-off rain showers. I didn’t realize the roof was manual, but once we figured out how to use it, we loved being able to enjoy the open air while also having the flexibility to close it quickly when the rain came through. Toro made our rental car experience easy and convenient. The communication was excellent, and the team was accommodating when our flight changes affected our pickup and return times. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth, and everything was clearly explained. We appreciated the flexibility and professionalism throughout the rental. We would definitely rent from Toro again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience.

Our Host Abineal was wonderful, he responded quickly to all the questions we had. We only had it for a few hours but the ride was very smooth, the car smelled good and was very clean and did not burn a lot of gas at all. His instructions on how to get to the vehicle were great and helped us a lot as this is our first time in Miami. I would definitely rent from him again on another visit here.

The car was great and we had an awesome time with it! It was really fun to drive and definitely made our time in Miami even more enjoyable. Valentina was also amazing throughout the entire process. She dropped the car off right at our hotel and picked it up from the hotel when we were done, which made everything incredibly convenient. She kept great communication with us the entire time and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely rent from Valentina again! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Ray from start to finish. The blue convertible Ford Mustang was absolutely perfect for driving around Florida — clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was handled with complete transparency, communication was smooth the whole time, and Ray was always available and responsive whenever needed. You can really tell he cares about providing a great experience. The car itself was amazing to cruise around Miami and the Keys in — honestly the perfect Florida car.
