Ford rental in Miami, FL

Prompt service when I needed a car last minute when Car Rental Agency decided to charge me double for my reservation. Responsive 10/10 would use their car again.

Of course your services great car is great but finding a charging station is so difficult. It is nothing like Tesla. Of course that has nothing to do with you and your service but just thought I'd leave it out there for people wanting to rent a mustang. Every place I went to was privately owned and even though the car directed me to it I was not able to use the charges and I drove around for almost an hour. The first time I charged I did the same thing but I actually found somebody with a mustang and they were heading to a charging station and they allow me to follow them.

Our Host Abineal was wonderful, he responded quickly to all the questions we had. We only had it for a few hours but the ride was very smooth, the car smelled good and was very clean and did not burn a lot of gas at all. His instructions on how to get to the vehicle were great and helped us a lot as this is our first time in Miami. I would definitely rent from him again on another visit here.

The car was great and we had an awesome time with it! It was really fun to drive and definitely made our time in Miami even more enjoyable. Valentina was also amazing throughout the entire process. She dropped the car off right at our hotel and picked it up from the hotel when we were done, which made everything incredibly convenient. She kept great communication with us the entire time and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely rent from Valentina again! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Ray from start to finish. The blue convertible Ford Mustang was absolutely perfect for driving around Florida — clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was handled with complete transparency, communication was smooth the whole time, and Ray was always available and responsive whenever needed. You can really tell he cares about providing a great experience. The car itself was amazing to cruise around Miami and the Keys in — honestly the perfect Florida car. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent from Ray again next time I’m in Florida. Highly recommended!

Plenty of room for passengers and luggage without feeling cramped at all. The ride was smooth, and the SUV handled great throughout the entire rental period.
