The pickup process was super easy, as the owner was super kind and easy to work with. Gave us very simple instructions which made the process much easier. Car was FANTASTIC! I’ve rented vehicles before and they always left it dirty and had gas used. This owner left the vehicle in PRISTINE CONDITION and had it filled up as well. If I ever travel to Miami, hear again soon, I will be sure to rent from here again.
Excellent Experience!!! I had an amazing time renting this Jeep! The car was absolutely flawless and incredibly clean. The automatic convertible top made driving it an absolute blast. Franco was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was extremely communicative, punctual, and made the entire pick-up and drop-off process completely seamless. He was even flexible enough to accommodate an early return, which I incredibly appreciated. Zero issues whatsoever. I highly recommend renting from Franco if you want a great vehicle and a stress-free experience. Would definitely rent again!!
