Excellent experience renting this Cadillac Escalade through Turo. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The Escalade drove smoothly, had plenty of space, and made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. The host was professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and easy. These guys went above and beyond to make this trip easy and convenient for me. I changed the pickup location last minute due to an emergency, and they not only happily made the change, but also accommodated a special request. Car was clean, smelled good, gas tank full. They were on time, friendly, and super professional. The biggest problem we had was a malfunction of a tracking device on the vehicle, and they were very communicative and understanding, which helped us to resolve the issue immediately and effectively. I would absolutely rent from these guys again. I would even go as far as to say that I prefer renting from them over a large car rental agency. 10/10, phenomenal service.

This was my first time using Turo and I have to say it was easy and convenient. My host was great with pick up and return. The car was clean and perfect. I needed to extend the reservation for an additional day and it was very simple. Fast response from the host. I highly recommend and definitely plan on booking with Turo from now on.
