The host was an excellent host from start to finish! The vehicle was exactly as pictured, clean, reliable, and the perfect size for my family. We had no issues with the car during our trip. One feature I really appreciated was the complimentary car wash service. I did have a little trouble finding the pickup location at first, but the host was quick to answer my call and guided me directly to the vehicle, which made the process much easier. Throughout the reservation, the host was kind, responsive, helpful, and very understanding. I would absolutely rent from him again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

I originally reserved a economy car. Apparently there was an issue. They gave me a VW Tiguan for the same price. I'll rent again in November on the next business trip

This car served my family excellently! Very smooth ride, and my baby slept easier during travel than he does at home. Wow! Pickup and drop-off were clear, easy, and smoother than I expected. Absolutely loved this car. Had such a smooth ride. Was able to fit my whole family plus our luggage. It’s better than doing rideshares and paying all these extra costs to get to and from places.
