Great service and good car. They made it very simple to get from PBI. Pictures of exactly where it was and great directions. Very easy to work with any bargain, compared to the rental counter! We landed and saw a line of 15 people at Budget but walked right to our car, got the keys and headed to the beach! Would recommend.

This was our second time using Turo and it was fabulous. The car was spotless and a pleasure to drive. Pickup was easy and since our flight was delayed he waited until the last possible minute to drop the car so we didn’t have to pay much for parking - only $4! I really appreciated that. During our trip I must have picked up a nail in the tire and when we got an error message on Saturday night, Soner met us at the hotel at midnight to address the issue. When he realized the tire needed to be fixed, he made arrangements with us to come and pick up the car the next day and have all four tires replaced to make sure there was no issue the rest of the trip! We actually didn’t need the car that day so it worked out perfectly. Soner did offer to leave us his car so we had wheels but it was unnecessary. He also gave us a discount for the next trip due to the inconvenience along with an extension on the time we had to return the car. No one ever wants to have a maintenance issue, but the customer service provided was above and beyond what I would have expected and really appreciated. Not only that, every time I had a question I got an immediate response. You can’t go wrong with this car/owner. I will definitely rent from him every time I go to PBI!

Our family had a great trip. The kids loved the TV on the second row. The car was clean and was perfect for our family of 7. In the trunk, we also for 1 large check in bag, 2 carry ons and 2 backpacks. Gustavo always responded on time and provided clear and easy pick up/drop off instructions.

Andre was an amazing host. Easy pick up and drop off. Car was amazing except for a quick stall at a stop light. It only happened once and drove well the rest of the time. It does have a slight sound when it’s running but not hugely noticeable. Such a comfortable car and I was happy I extended my rental. Would definitely rent from Andre again!
