We rented Jose’s 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L for our four-day trip to Miami, and everything was perfect! The Jeep was clean, spacious, comfortable, and drove great. This trip was like I was living in an advertisement for Lexus lol. Spectacular car, drives absolutely beatifically, kept spotless. Only around 30K miles and it feels brand new. VERY reasonable price for sich a luxurious car, I might make this a go-to vehicle when I visit home in South Florida. I don’t mind the extra price of premium gas since it gets awesome mileage anyways. If there’s a negative review on here I can’t imagine it has anything to do with the car itself.

The rental process was easy and the jeep was fantastic.

I wanted to drive a smaller SUV that was not too big and bulky but also had enough space for a comfortable ride. The VW Taos caught my eye based on the year and also the price of what I would be getting. My other options would be Audi, or BMW, etc which were priced too high for the value. This car was priced fairly and but more so got the perks of a car that had great handling when hitting the corners and moving through the streets. The host was communicative and was helpful throughout the process. Only tricky part was the returning of the car at the airport as I was not familiar with the specific areas for Turo cars. Lesson learned do more research as to the location of returning cars at Ft Lauderdale airport. Over all the car and host were amazing and made our family trip even better knowing we had a reliable affordable car just like we were at home.

We had a couple of minor issues with the windshield wipers however they just out and we were having dinner they prepared while they fixed it we had issues with the backup camera however we dealt with it. It was no big deal. We know how to drive this is not 1999 but I have to tell you that the host was as gracious as possible. Made sure that because we lost time in the very beginning of our trip they offered a later check-in with the vehicle which really worked out because our cruise did not get in until late, however, I have to tell you I would rebook this car again just because of their sweet personality. They're ongoing customer service and willingness to make sure that everything was great for us so if any of you are looking to rent this vehicle please do look past the point of what I said, and let you know that these individual individuals really went out of their way to make us feel important and that's what cows building relationships

Navin was a great host, super responsive, clear and helpful. The car itself is a fantastic option for a rental. Having FSD (full self driving) on the car is SUCH a game changer. You just get in the car, put your destination address in the navigation and hit “start driving”. The car will then back out of your parking spot and navigate all the way to your destination through streets, freeways, parking lots, etc. until it arrives at your destination, searches for a parking spot and parks the car for you. This is so convenient and epic if you are not so familiar with the roads. It gives the option to avoid toll roads so the car will automatically route without tolls and get you to your destination safely. It’s honestly safer than a human driver because there are cameras and sensors all around the car that see things the typical driver can’t and will keep you and your family safe. The fact that Navin offered car seats was so convenient too! We were going to bring 2 car seats from home for this trip which would have been such a hassle in the airport, on the flight and throughout the trip, but we paid Navin his very reasonable rate and he included 2 car seats in the rental. We landed in the FLL airport and he guided us to our car with clear instructions. He gave us keyless access to the car via the Tesla app which is epic itself. You can go in the Tesla app and set the car to turn the AC on before you enter the car which is a game changer in the heat and humidity in Florida. Imagine rushing to the car in the outside heat and the car is already cool inside. This was all together a fantastic experience and Navin’s daily rate is so reasonable this is a no brainer. We will definitely book with him again if we need another rental in Florida in the future. Thank you Navin!
