Then rental process and pickup was seamless. Extremely fast and easy. The car was great. The AC did take a minute to get cool due to the extreme heat for the past couple weeks but otherwise very happy with my rental experience. Communication with the company is also great! They answer back very fast and in a professional manner. Will definitely rent back from them whenever I’m vacationing in FL.

As a newbie to Turo, I was very reluctant to rent a car from this company rather than a known rental car company. However, renting this Altima was the best decision I could’ve made. The price was affordable, instructions clear & concise, and the entire process completely seamless. The car runs very well, clean, and good on gas. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend using their car. I absolutely will be renting with them again as I frequent Florida quarterly.

Pick up location in FLL airport and drop off was a little confusing (not the fault of the host) allot extra time, once you get to the car everything is straight forward. The car was an extremely smooth ride (rented the Nissan Rouge 2024), clean - just make sure you have your phone’s wire with a Type C end (not a USB end) otherwise you won’t be able to use full functionality of the GPS. Sunpass makes things so much easier, rates are reasonable and I would happily rent again from this company.

The car was clean and in great condition. The pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made my trip much smoother. I would definitely recommend and rent again next time I'm in the area.

The quality of the car was quite good. The car needs some updates but was a good car The owners provide excellent customer service, they are attentive, courteous, and always willing to help. They answer all your questions and respond quickly with effective solutions if any problems arise. Cara are not so new but I will rent always a car here!

Just received the car with a 1/4 wish was fine but didn’t want to stop at a gas station my first thing when I landed and also little fishy smell inside the truck Other then that all was goood Yes I would rent again

Great Car , Great On Gas , Great Host . Will rent again

The host Kevin was great communication was a 10/10. There was an issue with one of the tail lights. I noticed after getting to my destination that a light was out. I contacted Kevin and sent him a photo. He was very responsive and came to my place of residence to fix the problem. Ensuring that the light was taking care of. So that I would not have a problems during my trip. Kevin was nice, displayed good attitude and customer service skills. The car was great, drives really nice and was clean. I love the fact the car had road assist features which made my trip safe on the road. I would definitely recommend and rent from Kevin again.
