I can not rave about this company enough. I’ll start with convenience; traveling with young kids is a lot. The extra bags, the meltdowns, etc. Our biggest stresses while traveling are how we’re going to carry everything with just two adults and how we’re going to get our car seats somewhere safely. Finding a car once you get to the airport usually calls for shuttles, extra time, etc. The convenience of a short walk to the parking garage was AMAZINGLY seamless. We requested car seats as well. You never know what kind of car seats you’re going to get with a rental car. We’ve traveled before and ended up buying new car seats because of the condition and quality of car seats previously. When we arrived to the car they were installed, clean, and quality… not for one child but all three of our kids. Before our trip Poyraz Tourism Services LLC was extremely responsive and helpful any time I had a question. They were quick to reassure us that we would be taken care of during our trip/rental with them. It’s rare to find a car provider who is over the top. My husband dropped us all off after our short trip to Florida at our cruise port and in the craziness of getting our kids and luggage out we forgot our bag carrier in the trunk. When we arrived back to Florida they met up with us for us to receive it back. That’s not something any car rental place will do for you. This is why I will only ever use Poyraz Tourism Services LLC, because they don’t just care about getting car rentals booked, they care about the people who rent their cars. L Thank you so very much. This was a fantastic car. It is super clean and really fun to drive. The CarPlay integrated seamlessly with my phone. There is plenty of space in the back for luggage and the back seat was comfortable, according to my 10-year old granddaughter. The gas mileage was phenomenal since it is a hybrid. It was perfect for my trip and made me want to go trade in my Honda! The hosts were gracious and helpful. I will rent from them again.

The host was very prompt when answering our questions upon our early arrival and departure at the airport. The Kia was clean and in excellent condition. The car was conveniently parked for pickup at the garage across from the rental car center at the airport. Directions were clear. Highly recommend the host!
