Desde el inicio no se pudo obtener el carro a la hora fueron 25 minutos después de la hora pactada, no respondía para las instrucciones del carro tampoco, ni donde dejarlo ni donde dejar la llave.

Buenos días Christian, en las instrucciones del claro dice de manera clara donde debes dejar el carro y dónde recogerlo, desde el principio fuiste al lugar incorrecto y tomó prácticamente 25 minutos esperándote ahí. Entonces a la próxima te recomiendo leer las instrucciones que están configuradas en turo
