Jeff/Joyride was my first experience renting with Turo, and from the moment of booking to returning the car has been phenomenal! Not only was Jeff helpful and very informative about the process of booking/rental, airport drop off, and car/turo information, Jeff was also very understaning, compassionate, professional, and welcoming. The bar is set extremely high and i know what to look for/ notice the next time i book a rental car with Turo. If this is your first time renting a car on turo/ or looking for a rental in the tri county area of Fort Lauderdale and Miami i would recommed Jeff/Joyrides for your next trip. From the hospitality to the reliabilty and comfort from the rental vehicle, renting from Jeff/Joyride is the best decision!
