Thank you for your review and feedback. We’re sorry that returning the vehicle was a little complicated. We were surprised, as picking up the vehicle went smoothly at the same location. We always provide photos and detailed instructions, including the parking level, row, and exact parking space, to make the process easier. Perhaps there was some difficulty locating the area. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide better service.
Procedure was very easy and communication with the owner was great, not leaving that is a great car I recommend it 100% I give 5 start
