Car was fine. Had a an strange odor, like some sort of smoke.
Owner presented a claim . Accused us of a rim scratch, a hit on the top and taking a key. Be very careful. Check everything before picking up, take photos and have a witness present at time of puck up and delivery.

At the end of the trip, you told me everything was excellent and that you planned to rent from me again. When I picked up the car, I found three damages. I documented the car before and after the trip, and Turo determined the damages occurred during your reservation. Future guests can book with confidence. I am an honest host who documents every trip and always strives to provide the best service. Unfortunately, I also suffered financial losses.
10/10 experience from start to finish. Anier was awesome. Super responsive, flexible. The car was absolutely gorgeous, especially the red interior, which looks even better in person. It was spotless. Highly recommend
