This van rental was of perfect size and comfort for our large group for a bachelorette trip. Joshua was more than accommodating and was prompt to answer any questions or to help troubleshoot. The only reason I took off a star was for the AC in the rear of the vehicle - it was a little lack luster and honestly, if Turo allowed 0.5 stars I would have given it a 4.5 rating - not horrible or the end of the world by any means but we did have some uncomfortable girlies in the way back of the van off/on (I believe it’s just the vehicle design)… Overall, great experience and I would rent from Joshua again.
