This vehicle was in pristine shape, the host was very easy to work with, communicated thoroughly, and made this trip a breeze! I would HIGHLY recommend this host for anyone visiting the area!

The car was great. Pickup and drop off were easy.
Upon pick up I had to reinstall the car seats that were included and noticed the one was severely damaged. The protective headrest foam was ripped out, the headrest wouldn't move up or down to adjust, and the straps would not move in or out to tighten or loosen. I ended up having to buy a new one. The other car seat wasn't in great condition either.
Would only recommend if you don't need car seats.
A customer lowered the rating for a new car, even though the problem was with one car seat. When I installed it, it wasn't broken! I also have a question about why it's broken?! Especially since I offered to refund it and exchange it for a new car seat. This is an unfair review!

Very clean vehicle, no issues on the trip. The host was very helpful with instructions for pickup/drop-off at the airport. Would rent from this host again when in the area!
