Host doesn’t make clear that they will park car off airport only accessible by train. Also unclear that you are apparently responsible for parking charges both at pick up and drop off. Car is fine but workflow is less than ideal (especially with bags) and lack of straightforward communication/standard Turo process.

All pickup instructions were clearly provided in advance, including the exact parking location and details about potential parking fees. Unfortunately, it seems those instructions were not followed, which resulted in additional charges on your side.

Had a really great experience renting from Lika. The car was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and Lika was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was exactly as listed. Would absolutely rent again!
