Communication with the host was responsive and professional, especially when a question about a pre-existing scratch came up — they handled it fairly and confirmed it was already there from the pre-trip photos. Damir was excellent to rent from! We needed a big vehicle for our family of 4 for 10 days. The VW Atlas was perfect and SO roomy. The car was very comfortable, drove smoothly, and the air conditioning was strong. The vehicle was very clean and looked well maintained when we pucker it up. Communication with Damir was efficient and he was available when/if we ever needed him. Would definitely rent this car again!
