We came to Florida for a 10-day vacation, and I rented Saniqua’s car for the entire trip. It was such a great experience! Saniqua is an amazing host. She personally picked us up at the airport with no extra charges and welcomed me and my son so warmly — it honestly felt more like being met by a friend than renting a car. The car was clean, new, comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues during our trip. Saniqua was always quick to respond and kept reminding me that I could reach out anytime if we needed anything. If we come back to Florida, I would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommend Saniqua and her car! ❤️

The host was very responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to address any concerns I had. I really appreciated his willingness to help. The only issue I experienced was an unpleasant smell coming from the vents whenever I turned the car on, but it would go away after opening the windows and letting the car air out for a bit. I contacted the host, and he mentioned that the air conditioning filter is due for replacement in September 2026, which could be the cause. Since I only rented the car for a short period of time, it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me. Overall, I appreciated how attentive and helpful the host was.

This was one of the best experiences and easy process renting a vehicle. This Escalade was everything and MORE. It arrived clean and I do mean clean and smelling good. All the extras this Cadillac had to offer made this trip all the more pleasurable! Communication was great and they were actually early delivering the vehicle to me. That was a great thing because it allowed me to be on the road ahead of schedule! They are highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again.
