Great van! Xavier was a great host and made everything easy! Would definitely use him again!

Car quality was very good. The reason for a one star was it was a terrible experience picking up and dropping off. Specifically picking up it took over an hour to get the shuttle, check in with the van and then go back to get my family at the airport (the shuttle was only a 15 passenger with limited space so we thought it best for me to go get the van then come back).
The van was listed as a 12 passenger. I booked the non refundable (cheaper) price. I got a message after the fact that it was only a 10 passenger because Turo doesn’t allow any more than 10. We had 12 people on the trip, I specifically picked it because it said it had 12 seats. I was also understanding there was a toll pass which I saw the sticker in the window. I still go charged for other tolls.
If I use Turo again, it will only be for small vehicles and at airport location pickup/dropoff. 6 miles away takes more time than you would think in Orlando.
We’re very sorry your experience did not meet expectations. We strictly follow Turo airport regulations, and all authorized airport parking facilities require shuttle service. We selected one with covered waiting areas and restrooms for added comfort. The 10-passenger limit is a Turo policy, and we informed you the same day of booking so you had time to modify or cancel if needed. Toll usage is optional and not included in the reservation, and invoices are always provided for transparency.
