Terrible experience, if you just need a vehicle to get you from point A to point B it does you the bare minimum, however this vehicle is not suited for road trips, stained seats, no USB ports and no working 12v ports means charging phone to use for GPS is impossible, had to purchase portable chargers just to utilize the vehicle to ensure we did not get lost. Key FOB doesn’t work so to unlock all doors for van vehicle must be powered to then unlock the doors. None of this was mentioned or included in description

There was a little hiccup in the beginning with a dead battery, due to the lights being left on. I message the host and they were very responsive. They came immediately and helped us out and got the van up and running. We had no other issues, it was just a one time thing. The van was very nice, clean and it was roomy. It held 12 pieces of luggage and a stroller, without an issue. Thank you for making our first Florida experience a great one. I would highly recommend your rental company and Toro.

The van’s engine ran fine, and the Turo pickup and drop-off instructions were easy to follow. However, the interior was very old and lacked basic features. The remote key did not work, so every time we needed to unlock the van, we had to manually use the key on the driver’s side, start the engine, and then unlock the other doors. This was very inconvenient, especially when traveling with a group.
The van also did not have a working car charger. We tried several chargers, but none of the outlets worked. In addition, an oil change warning appeared while we were renting the vehicle, which made us concerned about the van’s maintenance. Overall, the van was functional, but the outdated interior, broken remote, nonworking charging ports, and maintenance warning made the rental experience frustrating.
