The van’s engine ran fine, and the Turo pickup and drop-off instructions were easy to follow. However, the interior was very old and lacked basic features. The remote key did not work, so every time we needed to unlock the van, we had to manually use the key on the driver’s side, start the engine, and then unlock the other doors. This was very inconvenient, especially when traveling with a group.
The van also did not have a working car charger. We tried several chargers, but none of the outlets worked. In addition, an oil change warning appeared while we were renting the vehicle, which made us concerned about the van’s maintenance. Overall, the van was functional, but the outdated interior, broken remote, nonworking charging ports, and maintenance warning made the rental experience frustrating.

Got the job done, the vehicle was clean and reliable. If that’s all you’re looking for and willing to deal with a handful of inconveniences, this van is for you. I’d give the physical van itself a 3.5/5 but the pickup experience was atrocious so I’m leaving a 2/5.
Failed entirely at delivering pickup instructions in a timely manner. I was told I’d have specific pickup instructions delivered 2 hrs before my scheduled pickup time but didn’t receive instructions until after we had searched almost an entire mall parking lot (multiple parking garages as well). I called/messaged them multiple times while I was wondering around the blistering hot parking lot looking for the van. They eventually sent us the detailed pickup instructions but we had already found the van ourselves. It was an extremely frustrating experience as we had sweat through our clothes looking for this van and still had 6 hours before we could even check into our hotel.
Key fob is also dead and each door must also be locked by hand since the lock/unlock switch inside the driver and passenger door doesn’t work either.
