This Tesla Model 3 was incredible, and Joe made the entire rental process seamless. The car was in immaculate condition—spotless inside and out, and it drove like a dream. The pickup and drop-off were incredibly convenient, and the host was super communicative and flexible with my schedule. If you’ve never driven a Tesla before, this is the perfect way to try it. The acceleration is mind-blowing, and the huge navigation screen in the middle made driving through Miami a breeze. Plus, Joe included the charging adapter and even left a helpful guide for first-timers, which took all the stress out of finding chargers. I honestly didn’t want to return it! Five stars all the way. I will definitely be renting from this host again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and professional car rental experience.

This was my first time using Turo, and the experience was much better than renting from a traditional car rental company. The BMW convertible was clean, drove well, and was a lot of fun to have while exploring Florida. Driving with the top down really added to the vacation experience. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t always get cold, which was noticeable in the Florida heat. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I was very happy with the rental. I would definitely consider using Turo again.

Angelo was great… Turo on the other hand the worst … don’t think we’ll be renting with them again … escalating procedures during a 1 week rental cost us 4 days of non use … and their staff, wherever they sit, definitely not in the US … doesn’t know jack about their policies.
