Pick up and drop off instructions were easy to follow, the van is shown exactly as it is. There were a few things I noticed while in my possession. There are lots of dents in the body of the vehicle, the “oil change required” displayed in the dash, the seatbelts did not all fasten as they should, and most importantly there was a noise coming from the front passenger side of the van. I sent a message to the host about the noise to no avail. My best guess is tie rods or wheel bearings. I still drive everywhere I needed to perfectly but it needs maintenance.
