The car was exactly what we were looking for with a large group and pretty simple pickup at the airport! Service was also great with quick responses.

The car itself was great and drove very smoothly throughout our trip with no issues. However, the pickup experience was frustrating and stressful.
I selected pickup at the host’s address, but when we landed, the pickup instructions I received were written as if the vehicle was located at the airport. I texted and called host for clarification because I wasn’t sure whether we were supposed to pick up the car at the airport or at the host’s address, but initially received no response. As a result, we spent quite a bit of time searching the airport trying to follow the instructions and locate the vehicle.
After multiple calls, the host finally answered. While she later explained that the airport instructions were an automated message sent in error, the conversation felt dismissive and unhelpful at the time, which added to the frustration. She did send a follow-up text apologizing and clarifying that the message was automated, and we were able to pick up the car from her address without any further issues.
Once we got the vehicle, the rest of the trip went smoothly and the car was exactly as expected. I would recommend double-checking pickup instructions ahead of time to avoid the confusion we experienced.
I accidentally sent instructions for the wrong location. I did apologize three times and I answered the guests call as soon as she called and sent the correct instructions. I'm human and occasionally make mistakes.
