We rented this Ford Transit for a family vacation and it exceeded our expectations. We had 10 people traveling, including two kids in car seats, and the van handled everything comfortably. Everyone had plenty of room, the ride was comfortable, and it made long travel days much more enjoyable. The host was excellent to work with throughout the entire rental process. Communication was clear, pickup and return were easy, and everything was exactly as described. One unexpected bonus was the black Star Wars-themed graphics on the van. It turned into a fun conversation starter everywhere we went. We regularly caught people pointing at it and smiling at rest areas, gas stations, and parking lots. The kids especially loved it, and it added a little extra fun to the trip. Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience. The van performed flawlessly, was comfortable for our entire group, and helped make our family vacation a great memory. We would absolutely rent from this host again.

It is a great van, enough seating for a big family with big luggage and even bicycles. Very reliable and very good in few because it's a diesel van. I will rent again anytime I need one

Van was clean, accessible and filled with gas. Few suggestions: top off windshield fluid and operable backup camera.

We really enjoyed the trip. Allen is very professional and responsive. I am leaving 5 starts because although there were a few road bumps , I believe they will all be taken care of. Tbe van has a very cool theme and runs smoothly. It's also not as bad on gas as you'd think. There were however a couple kinks which is not a deal breaker. It would be awesome if the headlights were brighter. They naturally go dim overtime and the lights on the van made it difficult to see at night. There's a review about the air conditioning not working . Thats not.entirely true from my. Experience. It definitely works. It's not as cold as what I thought it would be. It does however get cold when the sun goes down. So it could very well just be the Florida sun and heat making it difficult to cool. It's a really big van . There were a couple other things I discussed with Allen and he's a very attentive host with good inventions so I am sure he will address them. Will book with him again in tbe future.

Van rental was very nice Juan was easy to work with. Van was plenty big for our family of 13 held lots of luggage and was comfortable for our 11 hour drive. Wish screen was bigger but otherwise everything was perfect.
