The van was nice, I won’t lie on that but we had a flat tire and the way the host behaved during and after that situation was deplorable! Asking us for money outside of the app, yelling and being aggressive towards me and my son, and never not once asking if my passengers and myself were okay. I have rented many times from turo and even hosted and the way this host behaved I would not recommend! The 2 stars are from the van being nice and great on gas but BEWARE of the host.

The driver should be Banned from renting from Turo. We are working on it. The renter had a legal duty to operate the vehicle safely and protect her passengers. She ignored multiple tire‑pressure warnings, continued driving on a flat tire, and disregarded clear instructions to stop. This reckless behavior endangered everyone and violates Turo’s safety standards. Her actions constitute gross negligence, and we are pursuing a full ban to protect future hosts and passengers.
Renting this van was a very positive experience! Easy pick up and return and the host was very nice! I would definitely rent this van again as needed! Great experience!
