Mike was amazing to work with and the Honda Civic was an absolute pleasure to drive. It was super economical on gas and was clean and in very good condition. The biggest treat was the 2 bottles of water waiting for me after a 17 hour travel day. Mike’s communication was wonderful. This was my first time using Turo and I will certainly be using it again. He left me the most detailed instructions to find the vehicle at the airport and the code to access the key. It was such a treat to avoid the lines and shuttles to get to the car rental center. Keith was so great. Our original reservation started with someone else taking our car, the host not responding quickly and then not offering an alternative. We booked with Keith last minute while already at the airport and the car I booked was in the shop but he quickly rebooked another car for us and dropped it off in less than an hour. The car was clean, great on gas mileage and great for a short work trip. Keith is a great host and I highly recommend!

Kyle was an outstanding host and the car was exactly as expected. First time in a model 3 with FSD, and it did not disappoint. Everything was outstanding. The car uses the charge key app for opening closing and charging etc. The app can be a little buggy at times but still did the job just fine. The car was awesome and a great experience at a reasonable price. It was easy to locate in parking with Kyle’s instructions at the Airport as well. I did a late night pickup (11 pm) and had no issues at all 10/10
The overall experience was excellent, from the moment I selected and paid for the vehicle hire the communication has been perfect and stress free.
