5 Stars – Outstanding Service and a Seamless Experience! We had a truly fantastic experience renting Scott’s Chrysler minivan through Turo! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and exceptionally well-coordinated. Henry, our point of contact, was incredibly communicative and friendly. He reached out ahead of time to confirm our travel details and stayed in touch throughout our trip. Pickup at the airport was seamless—Henry met us right after we claimed our luggage, and within minutes, we were in the vehicle and on our way. The convenience of being picked up directly at the airport and taken to the nearby UNLV Tropicana Parking Garage to finalize the handoff made everything feel easy and well-thought-out. The minivan itself was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. During our stay in Las Vegas, we also appreciated the thoughtful list of local recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and attractions that Henry provided. It was clear that they cared about making our experience memorable beyond just the car rental. When it was time to return the car, the process was just as easy. We met Henry at the same garage, and he personally dropped us off at the airport, saving us the hassle of finding other transportation. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated! Scott and Henry went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. I would highly recommend renting from them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again on future trips. Car pick up was super easy. The car was exceptionally clean. It was an ease drive. It was actually fun to drive for a minivan because I don’t drive mini vans. The car had a lot of really amazing features that I didn’t even know mini Van had both backseats had screens on them and if you had Internet, you could watch YouTube and your kids could just shut up the whole time. There are so many power outlet jacks all over this thing . And it placed blue rays.. because of this I may actually look into getting a minivan in the future. And ask for service I would definitely recommend Dennis. I had a couple questions I messaged him and he responded right back and he really made me feel comfortable with the choice I made and working with him. I would definitely use his services again or recommend him for business thank you again

The car worked great for our trip and the host was easy to communicate with! Pick up at the rental car lot wasn’t hard, but took a bit more time than anticipated. Mainly because it was a newer process (even after instruction review). I highly recommend reviewing provided instructions well prior to pick up, especially if traveling with a larger group as we did. Drop off was much faster as it was just check-in in reverse. Would be happy to rent this vehicle again in the future. Thanks!

My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids (three teenagers and a one-year old)) booked Timothy’s 2017 Pacifica for our recent 4-day trip to Las Vegas. The van worked perfectly for our family. It fit all of us comfortably, including 2 large suitcases, 3 rolling carry-ons, and a foldable stroller. The van was clean, full of fuel, and the pickup process was smooth (thanks to Timothy’s directions and photos that he provided to assist). The drop-off process was equally as convenient. There was only one hiccup during the trip. We ordered an infant car seat, and when we arrived at the van, there was a booster seat. Timothy corrected this within 7 minutes, delivering the infant seat right to us. I only mention this hiccup to highlight how responsive Timothy was during the entire trip — from start to finish he was accessible by both message and call almost immediately. I would recommend this van to anyone, especially those with large families and accompanying luggage. It was a great trip.

The car was great and exactly wheat we needed for our family of 5. Scott and Henry were very personable and the pick up and drop off process was super convenient and seamless. We would definitely rent from Scott again!

Having all the extra room made traveling with everyone so much easier, and everything worked exactly as it should. The host was great with communication, made the entire pickup and drop-off process easy, and was very professional. The van was just as described. The van operated just fine with no issues. The AC has always been an issue for us but not in this case. It was cold despite the Vegas weather in July. Ha! We will rent again!
