Car pick up was super easy. The car was exceptionally clean. It was an ease drive. It was actually fun to drive for a minivan because I don’t drive mini vans. The car had a lot of really amazing features that I didn’t even know mini Van had both backseats had screens on them and if you had Internet, you could watch YouTube and your kids could just shut up the whole time. There are so many power outlet jacks all over this thing . And it placed blue rays.. because of this I may actually look into getting a minivan in the future. And ask for service I would definitely recommend Dennis. I had a couple questions I messaged him and he responded right back and he really made me feel comfortable with the choice I made and working with him. I would definitely use his services again or recommend him for business thank you again

From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and exceptionally well-coordinated. Henry, our point of contact, was incredibly communicative and friendly. He reached out ahead of time to confirm our travel details and stayed in touch throughout our trip. Pickup at the airport was seamless—Henry met us right after we claimed our luggage, and within minutes, we were in the vehicle and on our way. The convenience of being picked up directly at the airport and taken to the nearby UNLV Tropicana Parking Garage to finalize the handoff made everything feel easy and well-thought-out. The minivan itself was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. During our stay in Las Vegas, we also appreciated the thoughtful list of local recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and attractions that Henry provided. It was clear that they cared about making our experience memorable beyond just the car rental. When it was time to return the car, the process was just as easy. We met Henry at the same garage, and he personally dropped us off at the airport, saving us the hassle of finding other transportation. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated! Scott and Henry went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. I would highly recommend renting from them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again on future trips. Scott made our trip to Vegas such a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, communicative, and accommodating the entire time. He picked us up from the airport, dropped us off when we left, and truly went above and beyond with his hospitality. What really stood out was that after I accidentally left something behind in the car, he took the time to ship it back to me right away, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and genuine. 10/10 experience — we’re so grateful for the warm welcome to Vegas and would absolutely rent from Scott again. Highly recommend!

Scott was AMAZING to work with and the Van was perfect for our needs. The pickup and drop off at the airport worked great. I would absolutely rent this same Van or any other car from Scott when I am back in Vegas.

Car was great. Pickup is a little painful but that's due to the airport setup, not the car. For other families that may want the TVs, the Blu Ray player wasn't working but we were able to connect each TV to the phone hotspot on my phone. It actually wasn't working for some reason on the way back but I just didn't have the time to troubleshoot, worked great on our way out. Gas mileage was great and having the van was so convenient. Highly recommended for families

Host was good. Pick up location is good, very centric and easy to find. The car overall was good. The backup camera was unavailable but not a deal breaker.

Overall as advertised. If you need a spacious car, this vehicle is perfect for you and your guests. The car is higher in mileage but I had no issues with the vehicle. Dennis was also a great and responsive host.
