5 Stars – Outstanding Service and a Seamless Experience! We had a truly fantastic experience renting Scott’s Chrysler minivan through Turo! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and exceptionally well-coordinated. Henry, our point of contact, was incredibly communicative and friendly. He reached out ahead of time to confirm our travel details and stayed in touch throughout our trip. Pickup at the airport was seamless—Henry met us right after we claimed our luggage, and within minutes, we were in the vehicle and on our way. The convenience of being picked up directly at the airport and taken to the nearby UNLV Tropicana Parking Garage to finalize the handoff made everything feel easy and well-thought-out. The minivan itself was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. During our stay in Las Vegas, we also appreciated the thoughtful list of local recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and attractions that Henry provided. It was clear that they cared about making our experience memorable beyond just the car rental. When it was time to return the car, the process was just as easy. We met Henry at the same garage, and he personally dropped us off at the airport, saving us the hassle of finding other transportation. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated! He picked us up from the airport, dropped us off when we left, and truly went above and beyond with his hospitality. What really stood out was that after I accidentally left something behind in the car, he took the time to ship it back to me right away, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and genuine. 10/10 experience — we’re so grateful for the warm welcome to Vegas and would absolutely rent from Scott again. Highly recommend!
Car was great. Pickup is a little painful but that's due to the airport setup, not the car. For other families that may want the TVs, the Blu Ray player wasn't working but we were able to connect each TV to the phone hotspot on my phone. It actually wasn't working for some reason on the way back but I just didn't have the time to troubleshoot, worked great on our way out. Gas mileage was great and having the van was so convenient. Highly recommended for families

Daddy Duck rentals was amazing! We used the Chrysler Pacifica for a national Park tour of Vegas, Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion. The car ran like a dream with plenty of space for our family of 5 including luggage. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Belle and Rick responded right away with any questions. This car worked perfectly for us. Lots of room and ran great the whole time. I appreciated the good gas mileage also. We were getting 33 mpg. Pick up right at the rental center of the airport was so convenient. Manuel was easy to work with and responsive. My first Turo rental. I was a bit nervous, but it went great. Highly recommend!!
The van was perfect. The communication was outstanding. We would definitely use Scott again! Henry was great as well, he picked us up at the airport and dropped us off too. So much easier than going through a rental car company.
