Expected a hybrid Chrysler pacifica and got a gas Chrysler Voyager. Was not told prior to pick up or any options. Normally i wouldn’t be bothered but I specifically chose a hybrid to lessen the gas costs. When I asked for a discount, they said they could have cancelled the rental but they didn’t give me an option. The pick up is at a Van rental place across from the car rental building without anyone to talk to so I couldn’t fix it before checking out.
I’d be careful with renting with them.

The car was okay but first the left pilot seat was sliding on it's own and it can't be adjusted. Then it got accidentally damage the windshield.
