I chose Turo by recommendations from my daughter a local residence. They drove me over to the lot to pick up. Pick up was easy although no one available at lot should there be a problem. The car was clean and drove well. Return , however, was not as easy. It was 4:30 AM return for our early flight. I text and asked if we could park car in lot next to transportation center since we would have 3small children, 2 large suitcases, and I on a mobility scooter crossing a 4 lane highway at 5AM. I was approved to do this . We were still rushing so we didn’t take pictures as requested since kids were crying etc and utter chaos ! I put keys on console and we hurried to bus to airport. Later I checked my texts and They couldn’t find lot across from their lot nor car. I explained in detail where it was and they found it . The next morning I get a messaging saying I owed additional money for gas and their “inconvenience fee “, more taxes etc. Yet I had filled tank the night prior , had receipt , but car would take no more fuel. Maybe something wrong with gas indicator ?? So NO I would not recommend using this rental facility if you have a young family. Too stressful and dangerous . If traveling alone or with adults , then it should be ok.

Sam’s car is clean and nice for family trip. Pickup and return instructions are very clear and smooth.

Clean, worked fine. Tire lost some pressure and brakes squeaked. Gets you from A to B
