We rented a car through Turo and Diana handed over the vehicle to us. The car was super clean, very well maintained, and in excellent condition. As for Diana — absolutely amazing communication and hospitality. Honestly, I have never experienced this level of guest service before. Diana helped us solve an issue that unfortunately Turo still hasn’t resolved. Special thanks to Diana as a person for the hospitality and incredible service. If there were an option to give 10 stars, I definitely would!

I reserved this car through Andy via Turo—a Lexus ES —and had a great experience. The vehicle was very clean, fully gassed up, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, which made everything that much easier. I would absolutely book with this host again.
