This M5 was an AWESOME rental. How can you not fall in love with a twin turbo v8 German super sedan? The car was very well maintained/cared for and YuCheng was also super accommodating in making some changes to our reservation. Would definitely rent again in a heartbeat if I find myself in the Vegas area again!

Communication and pickup/dropoff were all great/easy. The car is also great…for a performance-oriented, manual BMW with 150K miles. It drives well for 150K miles but you can tell that it’s high mileage - some minor vibrations at highway speeds, more body roll around corners than when it was new, wear on the seats, shifter, top, etc. I’d recommend but just set your expectations based on the mileage.

AMAZING! Allen is a complete professional from start to finish. Super accommodating despite a delayed flight and early drop off. Car was located conveniently at the car rental center (there’s a small turo lot just outside). Felt like a brand new car, freshly detailed! Could fit two check in bags in the trunk no problem. Drove it all the way to Grand Canyon West and Hoover Dam with the top down, what an experience! Driving this BMW 2 M series with the top down thru Allen is worth it!

This was my first trip using Turo, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience. The 2019 BMW X3 was neat and clean when I received it, which made a great first impression. The vehicle was comfortable and enjoyable to drive. There was an occasional slight jerk during acceleration, but overall the car drove smoothly and handled well on highway and in city both. The interior was modern and comfortable, and it stayed cool even during the hot summer weather, making the trip more enjoyable. The host, Timothy, provided clear check-in and checkout instructions ahead of time, making the process simple and stress-free. I arrived earlier than my scheduled pickup time, and Timothy was kind enough to come early and hand over the keys in person. Throughout the trip, Timothy was responsive and available through messages whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly book this vehicle again if given the opportunity. Highly recommended!
