Artur was the best and easiest to work with host we have used thus far. The Kia Niro was beyond perfect for this trip. Originally, we were concerned the Niro was not going to be enough space for us. Usually we would rent a larger vehicle, but with gas prices the way they are we decided to try for a Hybird. For 3 adults, each of us with 1 suitcase and a back pack, there was MORE than enough space and plenty of breathing room. The Niro averaged 41mpg for our trip. At times, on long stretches of highway, it even reached 50mpg! If you’re looking for the perfect host and an easy to drive vehicle, that gets FANTASTIC gas mileage, and has all the modern comforts you’d want (like a big screen for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto), this is the car to rent. Would absolutely rent with Artur again.
This was my first Turo experience at Las Vegas. Pickup was at the remote parking lot that is directly across the street from the rent-a-car center. There’s a free shuttle service that takes you from airport to the rent a car center. The van worked as advertised. It has a V6 engine and a lot of power…a light tap on the gas and it hauls like no other. There was a usb car charger so all you had to do was bring your charging cable for your phone. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Highly recommended them for future rentals. Their price is very reasonable as well!
Car is really good for its price. Host is very thoughtful he even left 2 frozen water bottle in car, and the blind for windshield which is perfect for my roadtrip. There was some issue I had on the road and the host tried to help immediately but luckily I found help on the way. Car pick up and drop off also easy. Would love to rent with this host again if I ever come back to Vegas.
Once my reservation was confirmed, the rental process was flawless. The airport pick up of SUV was convenient and quick with no rental car lines to worry with. We were met just outside of airport & given key. The vehicle was clean and seemed to be very well maintained. The delivery back to the airport was just as easy as the pick up. I would highly recommend this host and his rental. I know I will be using him again in the future when I return to Vegas.
