Host was quick to respond and assisted us to the best of his ability when we had questions about the car. Car was at the pick up location in a timely manner and with clear instructions. However, there was no spare tire nor lug nut key available when we had a flat tire. (Per Turo Roadside Assistance, a spare tire is not required from the host when renting a vehicle.)
