I brought my 80-year-old mother to Las Vegas to see The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. When the airport shuttle dropped us off at the rental car center, Hayk suggested I leave my mom there while I walked over to the rental parking area to pick up the vehicle. He was absolutely right, and I’m so glad I listened! This was honestly the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Wow! What an incredible drive! We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon, and renting a Tesla with Full Self-Driving was the best decision we made. This was my first time renting a car from Turo, my daughter has used Turo several times and recommended them. My overall experience with Turo and for this vehicle, renting from Joey was great. Very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Vehicle was super clean, pick up was convenient at airport car rental center. No problems with the vehicle mechanically. Only complaint, the 4Runner is high off the ground, which is fine, but the step up running boards were at a really odd height, seemed to be for looks rather than help with getting into or out of the vehicle. That being said, the price was great and I would definitely rent a car from Joey again.

Jaclyn was terrific, and so was her Tesla Model Y. My first time using Turo. She walked me through the registration process and helped me find the car at the airport. She was available to chat throughout the three days I rented the car. Full Self-Driving sets this car apart from other Y-type Teslas available. Can't live without it.
The car was great for my family reunion!!! Even though there were a few hiccups (headlights are very very dim had to use high beams while driving at night, also car jerked once you come to a complete stop and start driving again) my family and I had plans of going to California but after our trip to Red Rock Canyon my cousin ( who is a mechanic suggested that we not drive that far because the car may not make it. Overall I gave 5 stars because my family and I still had a great time and still was able to make great memories and we didnt lose out on anything. All and all we had a great time thanks for the rental
This G-Wagon looked exactly like the pictures, it was exceptionally clean, the price was very affordable compared to similar models, and it was great on gas. We drove it the entire weekend and only had to put gas in it to return it! Ricky was easy to communicate with and responded quickly whenever we needed him. Overall, I highly recommend renting from Ricky. I loved this G-Wagon!
