Great car! Great location pick up! Charlie was a great host and answered all questions we had! I would say, when picking up the car in the Turo lot when flying into Vegas… do not go across Gillespie Dr. We made that mistake and wondered around a bit in the heat with all of our luggage. The Turo car lot is on the same side of the street as the shuttle drop off. And as the commercial car rental center. As you exit the shuttle, you will take a right (walking) down the sidewalk over to the turo lot where the car is parked. Thank you, Charlie!

Communication excllent and fast. Car was great and good mpg comfortable and perfect for vegas. Turo needs a better system cause i chose a car that was .8 miles from me by design and when i completed my res the car was 15 min drive away. Do better Turo! But great people to rent car from.
