The car was well maintained and in good shape overall. We had a issue with the car remote that ran out of battery. The host called to help us remotly, and we were able to continue the trip.

Everything with the car was fine, dealing with the owner was absolutely horrible. We ran into a little trouble with the center council. Everything was working, when we stopped for gas and came back to the car the center council wouldn’t stay closed the latch on it broke. We have no idea how it broke it just did, I messaged the host and let them know the situation, that it broke but we did nothing to break it, wondering if it had happened before and if there was just a trick to fix it. They instantly started freaking out demanding we broke it by doing something to it, was extremely rude, was non stop messaging me all night, forcing me to send them money right away, was overall a horrible experience dealing with them.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any service to the guest in the future. The guest broke our center armrest and admitted that it was working properly before there trip! and 17 hours before the trip ended. The guest stated that the armrest was not working after having the vehicle for almost a week. The guest stated that they got gas and the armrest broke while they was pumping gas and we had the guest send $8 for the part which we thought was fair.
