Steve was an awesome host! He was super communicative from start to finish and really went above and beyond to make everything easy. He even went out of his way to personally hand me the keys at pickup and dropped me off at the airport after I returned the car, which made my trip so much more seamless. I really appreciated his eagerness to help and how easy he made the entire rental process. The car was great, and the customer service was even better. Car was great and smooth. Took me everywhere I needed to go in Vegas. Took it out to Cali and it did great. Won’t be the fastest but took care of us. We like talking over listening to music. Sometimes the radio would crackle depending on what we were listening to so just a heads up in case you want to jam out while driving. Gas mileage was great 34 MPG!!! Host gave clear instructions, made the car easy to find, and was straight forward. Would rent again.
