Car was fine for what we needed but it was in poor shape. Dents, scratches and other cosmetic stuff don’t really bother me (although full of those), but having a spare tire still in use is not great, especially when the sensor continues to go off the whole trip. The glove box was loose, there were items left in the car that made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned. The fuel was not full on arrival and I don’t appreciate that I had to pay the fee for the parking ticket. Would not rent again.

I’m sorry the car wasn’t delivered up to standard. I make no excuses. I’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure the renting experience is better next time. I would like to contest the notion of paying for parking as I reimbursed the renter for the parking fee.
