Pickup was rough with the sidewalk being closed and not easy access to the shuttle across the street - ac didn’t work great in back but that may be just the type of car. Great communication.

The airport pickup and drop-off of the car were simple and fabulous! Henry was so kind and efficient. The van is the base Honda model and worked perfectly. Just to note this means the side doors don't autoclose,, which gave us a chuckle, but we remembered how to operate a sliding door and it was smooth. We traveled to Utah and the air conditioner worked so well, it was 105 degrees outside and we stayed cool the entire time. 10/10 would rent again.
Car was great. Clean and in great condition. Perfect for our family of 6, with 6 carry-ons. Trunk could perhaps take some bigger suitcases with some adjustments. Parking is in a different lot across the street from the LAS Rent-a-car center - a 5-minute walk after taking the LAS shuttle from the LAS Terminal to the LAS Rent-a-car center. It can be an inconvenience if you are traveling alone with a lot of bags. Otherwise, no big deal. Also, renter is responsible for a $6 parking fee while exiting the parking lot at pickup.
This was our first Turo rental. Easy pickup. The car was exceptionally clean and very easy to drive. Everything was extremely positive, and Terra was helpful throughout the entire rental period. We will definitely rent from her again next time.
