Car was good, had no lockbox instructions. We searched Turo for instructions for roughly 20 minutes to make sure it was not hidden somewhere, or that we missed it. Could not find it. Let the owner know close to the 30 minute mark that we had nothing. Granted it was late, maybe 10pm, got no response. Had to navigate Turo customer support and they were able to provide it, after spending now close to 35 minutes outside the car in the heat. Owner did not respond once after scheduled pick up time or apologize about the missing lockbox code. And you have to pay when you leave the lot.
