An excellent car rental experience. Karen's Honda Accord was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. My only issue was with the Turo app, which often locked up and made it hard to take photos and send texts.

He was able to drop off vehicle to me. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. I had to change my drop off time to Ana earlier time and Karen accommodated and was able to move to another drop off location. Will love to rent from him again
