Host was really helpful and supportive when picking up vehicle. This was my first time using Turo and the host was really supportive for new users, provide loads of information on check in/out process and drop-off procedures. The car functioned perfectly for the indeed use, only thing I would like to point is that the driver/passenger mirrors would become stuck when trying to adjust to your preference. Regardless of that, car runs well! Would differently rent again, especially from this host!

Pick up and drop off was at the remote lot which is located 15 minutes away from the airport. You will need to use the rental car shuttle or an Uber/Lyft/Local Cab to get there. Just beware of the fees whenever you exit the remote lot. The van operated smoothly and had adequate space for all my family. The owner responded fairly quick. Overall, I would highly rent from them again.
