We had an amazing experience renting this van! It was exceptionally clean and looked like it had been professionally detailed. It even smelled fresh when we picked it up, which made a great first impression. The van was very comfortable, drove incredibly smoothly, and the A/C worked perfectly. We had no issues at all throughout our trip. The pickup and check-in process was one of the easiest and smoothest car rental experiences we've ever had. Henry, was a fabulous host. I had a group of senior so I needed a 14 passenger van which the traditional rental car companies do not have. Henry had several to choose from including a Red Transit which made it ideal for the seniors to spot. When I returned the van, I needed to get back to my hotel which Henry was gracious to drive us back. If in the future I am in need of renting a van, I will definitely book with Scott.
